  • DW3A Triple Offset Butterfly Valve

                        

    DW3A triple offset butterfly valve is designed with unique triple eccentric sealing design: triple eccentric ellipse for the seat; Sealed with a new sheet metal and elastic material layer, flush mounted on the butterfly plate and bit with valve seat. The design ensures when the valve is closed, can use butterfly plate swing to make the seal tightly sealed, and the sealing surface friction resistance is small, has the characteristics of the closed tight. At the same time, when the valve in the open, to ensure the sealing surface completely out of contact, sealing surface is not mechanical scrape. It's unique design, not only solved the sealing problem of other type butterfly valve caused by over open, but also solved the leaking problem in the working condition of high temperature caused by thermal expansion.
